Clarification regarding the order dated 05.10.2030 and dated 19.10.2030 regarding prevention of spread of COVID 19 in religious places / places of worship


. . 12/10/2010. Reading: (1) Declaration No. of the Home Department dated 01.10.2030: GG / 2/2030 / V-1 / KAV / 102010/3. (2) Order No. of the Home Department dated 08.10.2030: V-1 / KA / 102010/2. (2) Order No. of the Home Department dated 17.10.2030: V-1 / KA / 102010/2. Order: Order No. 28015/19/2020 of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare dated 05.02.2020 - EMR (PT) and its investigation. SoP has been issued for religious places / places of worship from / 4. Then the order number of the Union Home Ministry dated 20.05.2030. 40-3 / 2020 - The lock down period has been extended from DM - 

1 (A) to Containment Zone till 31.10.2030 and it has been ordered to continue the prescribed activities in the areas other than Containment Zone as per the guidelines. Pursuant to which, detailed instructions have been issued by the Home Department's declaration no. Which will come into effect from 19.10.2030. 6, issue no. Of the guidelines issued by the order of the same number dated 08.10.2030 of the Home Department. The following decision is taken by the Government after careful consideration in P (4) a




(4). (A) Residents of flats or societies during Navratri will not be required to get any approval from the local administration / police for Mataji Puja Aarti in such place or premises. 

 (B) Mataji's Aarti-Puja program in public places, roads and public places during Navratri must be approved by the local administration / police.
