Education Qualification:
- Chief Manager / Senior Manager (Materials/ Purchase) :
● With B.E / B.Tech (Mech / Elect / Chem) GDMM or MBA from a recognized University in Materials Management,
●The candidate should have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in the chemical / mechanical industry related to salt, coal, raw materials and packaging items. He / she should communicate with best procurement methods, various conditions used in procurement, tax etc. and have knowledge of cost estimation, market price etc. to ensure reasonableness of price.
Deputy Manager (Operations – Caustic Soda Plant) :
● B. E. / B. Tech (Chemical) (full time) from a recognized university.
●The candidate should have at least 5-8 years of experience in operating a caustic soda plant, including caustic soda flakes, prills etc.
●Candidate should be ready to work in shift duty.
●He / she should have ability to monitor and analyze operational data on daily basis for effective plant operation.
Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Finance–Compliances, Budgeting and Risk Management) :
◆ Candidate with CA / CMA (full time) from B.Com recognized institute / university should be at least. 2- 6 years post qualification experience in finance department of medium to large enterprises.
◆ He should be well versed in the work of financial accounting, expenditure accounting, budget, insurance, income tax, GST, dealing with auditors and statutory authorities etc.
◆ He / she should approach the computerized working environment in Oracle or SAP.
◆ Preference will be given to the candidate who communicates with Ind AS.
Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Materials / Purchase-Raw Materials / Import / Coal):
◆ Diploma (Chem / Mech). B.E / B.Tech (Mech / Chem) and / or GDMM / MBA (MM) will be preferred.
◆ He / she should communicate with best procurement methods, various conditions used in procurement, tax etc.
◆and have knowledge of cost estimation, market price etc.
